Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains products from more than one brand partner, the items may ship separately. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Tracking and Address Changes
Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available. Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Returns
Because products are fulfilled by independent brand partners, return eligibility, return windows, and item conditions can vary by product. Contact us through the store’s Contact page before returning any item. Do not send a return without receiving instructions.
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, eligible products generally must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened personal-care, beauty, and grooming products may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the order and provide next steps.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the return or claim has been reviewed. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once processing or fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or canceled.
